The performance evaluation system in the Koç Group is not necessarily based on the job title and function but rather the substance of the job itself. The aim is to set the overall salaries of employees according to competitive and fair corporate policies as determined by current salaries in the market. In addition to this, we use a Remuneration System to motivate employees by distinguishing and rewarding outstanding performances.
At the company level, remuneration policies are determined in such a way that supports the company’s competitive edge. When it comes to determining the salary levels of employees, we take into consideration an employee’s accountabilities and responsibilities as well as the overall performance.
