Training and Development Programs

Contributing to the development of our colleagues and paving the way for their progress is one of our biggest pride since the day we were founded. In today's world where constant change is essential, we empower our colleagues to achieve their personal and professional development goals with the different training opportunities we offer. We offer equal and inclusive opportunities in our training and development practices through our global collaborations and digital technologies. 

We design our training programs for all levels with the best institutions and organizations in Turkey and in the world. We invest more than 5.5 million hours of training and development every year with our programs and our online development platform Koç Academy.

Training Program Partnerships

Through strong education partnerships we have established, we support our colleagues to gain the skills required by the changing business environment and to take an active role in shaping the future of our Group. We collaborate with the world's best educational institutions such as Harvard Business School, McKinsey, Udacity, Koç University, MIT, Oxford and Columbia Business School in our education development programs, which we consider with a lifelong development approach. We are one of the biggest partners of Harvard University in the world. Every year, we ensure that our senior executives and potential young talents participate in special education programs at Harvard Business School. In cooperation with Udacity, we offer technical training opportunities in a wide range of areas from coding to data analysis. As the Group, we have the largest number of users of Udacity in Turkey, which is one of the world's leading online training companies in terms of market value.

Rotation and Development Opportunities

We offer our colleagues opportunities to gain experience and develop their skills in more than 40 countries, more than 10 sectors and more than 100 companies. Rotation is among our important focal points. We are creating projects that enable the rotation of our friends working in within their company or among the Group companies. 

We offer priority application opportunities to Koç Employees for vacancies that require more than 2 years of experience in our group companies. With the Koç Kariyerim portal, where we announce vacancies to our colleagues, we enable all Koç employees to direct their career and development. Besides, our colleagues can take part in projects in different sectors and companies periodically, in addition to their current roles, and have the chance to improve themselves.
