Starting his professional career in 1996 as a Management Trainee at Koç Holding, Mr. Doğan Korkmaz served as Treasury and Capital Markets Manager at Arçelik A.Ş. until 2008. Between 2008 and 2012, he worked as Finance Director (CFO) at Beko Plc, Arçelik’s UK-based subsidiary. In 2012, he was appointed as Finance Director of Arçelik A.Ş.. Doğan Korkmaz served as Chief Financial Officer at Tüpraş between 2016 and 2026, and in 2026 he was appointed as CFO of Koç Holding.

He graduated from Department of Business Administration in English at Dokuz Eylül University in 1996. He completed executive MBA program at Koç University in 2007 and Global Business program at Oxford University in 2013.

Korkmaz was born in Istanbul in 1974. He is married with two children.
