Dr. Erhan Bulutcu served as a lecturer at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine between 1994 and 1996. In 1997, he joined American Hospital as Head of Operating Rooms. Dr. Bulutcu served as Medical Coordinator of American Hospital from 2007 to 2009, and as Deputy General Manager from 2009 to 2014. Since 2014, he has been serving as CEO of Vehbi Koç Foundation Healthcare Institutions.

Dr. Bulutcu graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine and completed his residency in Anesthesiology and Reanimation at the same university in 1993.

Dr. Bulutcu was born in Bursa in 1959. He is fluent in English.
