Designed to unlock the full potential of office-working colleagues at every level of the organization and making them future-ready, LEAD brings together the world’s leading academic and business trainers to make available content of the highest global standards and containing the most current information; in areas like business management, professional digital competence, and personal development. 

Koç Academy

In order to expand our Group’s collective talent pool, we believe it is essential for our colleagues to acquire the new skills that will grant them success in tomorrow's business environment. Koç Academy, our community’s online learning and development platform, contains more than 12 thousand educational videos, available to all colleagues working from our offices and in the field, as well as their families, with diverse content to meet their needs; ranging from technology to personal development, and from home & family to hobbies.

Training Program Partnerships

Through strong education partnerships we have established, we support our colleagues to gain the skills required by the changing business environment and to take an active role in shaping the future of our Group. We collaborate with the world's best educational institutions such as Harvard Business School, McKinsey, Udacity, Koç University, MIT, Oxford and Columbia Business School in our education development programs, which we consider with a lifelong development approach. We are one of the biggest partners of Harvard University in the world. Every year, we ensure that our senior executives and potential young talents participate in special education programs at Harvard Business School. In cooperation with Udacity, we offer technical training opportunities in a wide range of areas from coding to data analysis. As the Group, we have the largest number of users of Udacity in Turkey, which is one of the world's leading online training companies in terms of market value.

Rotation and Development Opportunities

We offer our colleagues opportunities to gain experience and develop their skills in more than 40 countries, more than 10 sectors and more than 100 companies. Rotation is among our important focal points. We are creating projects that enable the rotation of our friends working in within their company or among the Group companies. 

We offer priority application opportunities to Koç Employees for vacancies that require more than 2 years of experience in our group companies. With the Koç Kariyerim portal, where we announce vacancies to our colleagues, we enable all Koç employees to direct their career and development. Besides, our colleagues can take part in projects in different sectors and companies periodically, in addition to their current roles, and have the chance to improve themselves.
