Every year, we choose the Most Successful Koç employees in order to highlight the achievements that contribute to the Group goals, to highlight and reward the best practices in the Group.
The Most Successful Koç Employees Contest, which is one of the important parts of our Reward and Recognition systems, is held in 4 main categories as "Creative Innovators", "Collaborators", "Digitizers" and "Those Who Add Value to the Environment and Society". The projects implemented throughout the year compete and the winners are determined by the votes of more than 90,000 Koç employees.
